I began my real estate career while serving as a US Marine on active duty. I had always been drawn to real estate and decided to start investing. Through multiple deployments around the world I started and built my company. Although I have invested in residential and commercial real estate, I was drawn to vacant, rural land due to my childhood of growing up on a farm in eastern Colorado.

So many Americans, and especially veterans, are searching for that little slice of rural heaven. Some acreage near a small town or city where one can go to enjoy nature, enjoy quiet solitude and build self-sufficiency. This is the American Dream for so many families looking to break-free from the hustle and bustle of busy cities and enjoy a simpler life.

Through our years of real estate investing we have built an extensive list of buyers looking for that perfect piece of land. Our goal is two-fold, to help land owners access the equity in their land by making a traditionally illiquid asset liquid and also by finding our buyers land that meets their needs.
